The Colorado Off-Highway Vehicle Coalition (COHVCO) in conjuction with the National Off-Highway Vehicle Conservation Council (NOHVCC), Colorado Parks and Wildlife, the US Forest Service, and the US Bureau of Land Management, will be conducting an OHV trails workshop in Grand Junction, CO on May 5-7, 2017. The 3-day workshop will consist of classroom sessions on May 5, at the Double Tree Grand Juction and field sessions on May 6-7, at the Bangs and Rabbit Valley OHV Areas managed by the BLM Grand Junction Field Office. Field sessions will involve walking to various sites on the trail system so bring your best hiking shoes, appropriate clothing, and drinking water.

Transport between field session locations will require the use of an off-highway vehicle. Please let us know if you will not be able to provide your own OHV and we will do our best to accommodate you. Every person riding on an OHV will be required to wear proper safety gear including helmet, gloves, goggles, long sleeve shirt, long pants, and over the ankle boots. Any safety equipment required by your employer's OHV safety policy must also be worn.
